Frank Bailey

Hi, I’m Frank Bailey, a Wake County math educator with over 10 years of experience helping students succeed.

If your child struggles with math or lacks confidence, you’re not alone—and more importantly, there is a solution. I specialize in helping students close learning gaps, build strong foundations, and develop the confidence they need to succeed not just in math, but in school overall.

As a fourth grade math teacher, an average of 81% of my students scored proficient on the New York State Math Exam. That success comes from a proven approach: clear instruction, guided practice, and consistent reinforcement. I use the “I do, we do, you do” method so students are never left guessing—they are taught step-by-step until they truly understand.

I have recently relocated to the Raleigh, NC area where I currently work as a 7th grade math teacher, providing targeted, data-driven support to students all over Wake County. I focus on identifying exactly where students are struggling and giving them the tools and practice they need to improve quickly and effectively.

I also believe learning should be engaging. I use interactive tools like Kahoot, Blooket, and Arcademics to make practice fun, competitive, and motivating—so students actually enjoy learning while building real skills.

My goal is simple: to help your child improve their math skills (and now reading), gain confidence, and start seeing success where they may have struggled before.
