Welcome to Big Brain Math Academy, an online math enrichment and intervention program created by America's Math Tutor and dedicated to helping students strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of mathematics in a supportive and engaging environment.
We offer specialized programs for:

Our online homeschool math program provides structured instruction for families seeking consistent, high-quality math support during the school year.
Students meet in small online classes where they receive direct instruction, guided practice, interactive review activities, and opportunities to strengthen both computational fluency and problem-solving skills.

🏆 Big Brain Math League
The Big Brain Math League is a live online math fluency program designed to help students strengthen foundational math skills through games, competition, repetition, and positive reinforcement.
In a world where students have unlimited access to calculators and AI, math fluency still matters. Many students struggle not because they are incapable, but because they never develop automaticity with essential skills such as multiplication, division, fractions, integers, and algebra readiness concepts.
Only 39% of 4th graders and 28% of 8th graders currently score proficient or above in math. The Big Brain Math League was created to help students build the strong foundation needed for long-term success.

The Big Brain Math Foundations Boot Camp is a focused online summer program for students entering grades 5–7 and students preparing for Algebra 1.
This intensive program targets the math areas that most commonly hold students back:

- Algebra readiness skills
Students strengthen foundational skills through step-by-step instruction, worksheets, guided practice, online games, and real-world application problems.

📘 Course Descriptions
Multiplication 1
Master the standard multiplication algorithm, including 1-digit by multi-digit and 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication.
Multiplication 2
Solve advanced multi-digit multiplication problems, including 2-digit and 3-digit numbers multiplied by numbers up to 4 digits.
Division 1
Learn the standard long division algorithm with 1-digit divisors, including remainders and word problems.
Division 2
Extend long division skills to 2-digit divisors and decimal division using estimation and advanced strategies.
Fractions 1
Build a strong foundation in fractions by comparing, ordering, converting, and adding and subtracting fractions with like denominators.
Fractions 2
Master advanced fraction operations, including unlike denominators, multiplying and dividing fractions, and simplifying answers.
Algebra Readiness
Prepare for Algebra 1 by strengthening critical pre-algebra foundations including integers, variables, equations, ratios, proportions, graphing, and order of operations.
